I've got a MIMSB Energon Costco Overlord/Optimus Prime set that I'm either going to sell or just open already. But I can't decide.... there's none on ebay or completed auctions except 1 store item that's loose and unsold at $150.

So how much you think it's worth?

Or think I should keep him and finally bust him out of the package?

Maybe opening him won't loose too much value if I do decide later on to sell it off?

    Thanks for any input!

well, i've seen a sealed one on ebay sell for 150, and also sell for 60...and a loose set recently sold for 80...these are all within the last 3 or 4 months...someone on the boards here was selling his for 110 IIRC...i need to send him a message, cuz i need that set still, unless you offer a better price...

I think $80 was the median for this set not too long ago (on eBay); like you said, there haven't been many of them on there lately.

    Ebay:
It was around the $75 mark. That's about where it should be...

Thing is, all Transformers and especially exclusive ones, have seen a 25-50% mark up of late. More interest in TFs = more interest from folks who don't mind dropping a dollar to get what they want.

So...$150 for the set isn't out of the ballpark yet.

I'm so glad I went crazy on Ebay & bought up all this stuff before the movie came out.

For example, I bought the Korean Brave red Sky Garry MIB for $17.99 & a couple months later I noticed the same seller has it listed BUY IT NOW $99.99.

If I remember correctly I got this Costco Prime & Overload set for $26.00.

The completionist in me really wants this set...but I wouldn't pay more than $80 for it MIB, less if it was loose.

    Thanks guys.

I had been thinking if it was worth of $100 I'd have to sell, but sounds like it's not much of a lock to expect that.... so I give him to myself! :)
