    Hey all,

Just wondering what the going rate was for authentic WST Trailers (both the toy and anime version)

Also, was wondering if anyone knew how to decipher between the knockoffs and the actual real deals.

from a normal auction, you cant (since to identify a WST toy, you have to open it, you cant even be sure if it has a box with it). only way to make sure is to have them provide pics of the copyright info on the thing.

For the anime trailer, the autobot symbol on the legit version is slightly transparent- the blue lines bleed through. The repro version doesn't have that problem.

As for prices.. I think the real anime trailer used to go around $50ish, but it's probably come down now on account of the repros. The wave 2 version should be the same case, but probably a bit cheaper since it's more recent.

I bought a KO trailer so that I'd have 2. Looking at my original and KO, I can't tell a difference. I say snag a KO and be happy. Cheaper and just as good.

Hmm, the ones I got from eBay were labeled "prototype" not KO. Anyway, I've been very happy with them and they didn't cost me a bundle, original, Pepsi, Transparent blue + clear blue Convoy, Black Convoy & Trailer & the Black G2 trailer. Average price was about 10 USD each.
