I've been looking around the boards and probably all in the wrong places, but I was wondering where I can get a rough idea as to what the alternators are selling for now.

I've got a near complete collection (minus the takara ones) from the usa and I'm debating about getting rid of them to make room for other things. All are mint in box. What values are these guys going for?

Depends on if you want to sell them ASAP or if you want to wait for a sucker ..... I've seen them go for @600 for the lot to about @ 12/1400 buxs ( 600 went in a matter of mins 12/1400 took a couple of months )

MISB though loose/mib you'd take about 25 to 50% off depending.

    I disagree with this entirely.

Alts are WAY to character specific to generalize like that.

Some unwanted bastards like Rollbar and Ricochet can be had for about $20 with no problem. The rest are $30 and up, depending on popularity and rarity (because noone would care about Swerve if he wasn't rare). I don't think any Alternator goes for more than $70 or so regularly, most of the popular ones were reissued until they became shelfwarmers.

key word average, alts range value from $10 to over $100

also why would you disagree with it entirely?

Lot of 10, sold for $307

$22 to $30 sounds about right and I've been watching. There's also ebay tactics that'll shave a $1 or so.

Rumble's mold is unique but if he was massed produced like the rest he'd be warming shelves too.

I understand it's an estimate, and I don't want to be a d!ck, but I'm in need of a Meister, and I've been watching auctions lately (just haven't pounced yet, due to the expensive convention season), and I've seen at least 4 or 5 of them, sealed in the bubble packaging, ending at $20-24, with $5-6 shipping (making your $30 correct, but the $45 way off)...

Last one was a week or two ago, that ended at $26 shipped, even...(hated not being able to grab that!!)

It really depends on what you got, the condition of what you got, any variants of what you got, and if you're willing to separate or do them as a lot.....

Nope. It's all character specific. MISB of $30 is really low.

Thank you everyone. Mine are all still sealed in the boxes, never opened. I'm only missing like Nemisis Prime which was a comic con exclusive and I think it was 2 or 3 near the end of the line that were Walmart Exclusives. I've got all of the others. I'll probably list them here in the upcoming weeks.

$50 seems about right for a prowl .... you have to take into account that when you see item that sudden jumps two fold in price its probably just a lucky sell or probably some shilling going on. 117 is about what a Swerve cost and more than Mirage both of which where alot harder to find.
