How much is the blue one worth? I picked one up at my local toy store for $25 and was wondering if I got a good deal. Thanks!

there is only a blue alternator tracks. japan got yellow too, but nowhere else.

the value depends on the box type. white box = very common, but still a good buy for $25. red box = pretty damn rare, an even better buy for $25.

I'm not sure. I just saw several above the case where they keep the TFs and I think "Awesome! I can finally see why Alts. are so desired!" they also had silverstreak, hound, swindle, and swerve all for the same price.

Okay, I'm calling shenanigans. Prove me wrong with a picture of the store's shelf.

If they actually have Hound, and you're talking USD, then you should go get one and I'll buy it from you for cost+shipping+small handling fee.

    swerve? they had swerve?

go back and get swerve now. even if you don't like him, if he's sealed you can sell him online for a ton of money.

but but ... this would be scalping. Therefore, he should resell it for what he purchased it for

he was shortpacked, and came at a time where many stores were dropping the alternator line.

hey valkysas... thanks for the advice on getting Swerve. After I went out and bought him... I saw the prices for him on Ebay. They go for between $120 and $180 MISB. mine is MIB. Might be sealed, might not. and to anybody calling bullshit on this, I think my word is enough, I consider it rude to go into a store and take a photo of their display. If you don't believe me, that's fine, but keep it to yourself 'kay?

does he have the flame sticker? that's a big draw. (it came with swerve, but was actually meant to be put on tracks)

if it's sealed, it has the sticker. if it's not sealed, you should check.

OK, I can be fair. I don't think that you would want to come all the way across the US to buy some ALTs. The store is Toy Safari in Alameda California.

Should I put the flame sticker on Swerve or Tracks? or just leave it alone?
