Only played the first hour or so and WOW!

In case anyone's wondering what's inside the Collectors edition, well here you go . Was 70$ at Walmart

I downloaded the demo and couldn't take it at all seriously after the little scene in the Indian Reservation Bar.

    OMG ALIENZ!

I've got it on pc, been playing through it a bit. It's pretty fun, some unique parts to it like all the crazy gravity stuff and the portals and spirit world stuff. Visually it's very nice.

I bought it, but returned it without opening it. I just couldn't justify the $60 cost for a game that will last at most ~10 hours (and much less according to many accounts). That said, the game looks really cool, and I'll definitely pick it up once it drops to ~$30, whenever that may be.

I couldn't get pass the 'organic' look of the demo level. Some of the passageways on that shipped looked suspiciously like buttholes.

I played the demo for a bit, but then my 360 locked up for the first time. Haven't played it since, but never intended to play it more than once. I don't care for first person shooters at all. Metroid is pretty much the only exception, and that would have been so much better if it was 3rd person.

    FPS + Console = lose.

    Use a PC!

Also, yes, some of the level design does look like a butthole.

Hate using PCs even more. I pretty much flat out refuse to play any games on PC. I haven't done that in a long long time. Not since the days of King's Quest 7 or something.

It is indeed likely that those ports that spew brown crap at you are buttholes.

Other than that, I like what I've seen so far. The story has some fun stuff, and there are some cool concepts (spirit walk, for one), so I'll probably grab it for 360. My computer can play Doom 3 a the lowest settings smoothly. And that's about as high as it'll go.

I need to upgrade. *eyeballs processor*

Beautiful graphics, great gameplay. But it's too easy.
If you die in the middle of a boss fight, you can resurrect yourself endlessly while his energy never recovers.

If you're curious, atleast rent it. Will be able to plow through it easily and get some easy achievments.
There's some twisted ass stuff in this game that involves little children and the main character's is pretty funny.
He says alot of stuff like "That was Fukced up!" and
" Now this will kick some sh!t"

Trying to earn 250 points in the blackjack arcade (probably the hardest achievment)

And screw pc's, atari jaguar rules!

    BLASPHEMY!!!!:throw

    :p

Anyway, I played the demo. I loved the spirt walking thing. Walking on walls was really cool too. But I dont want to pay $50 for what many are claiming to be a very short game. Maybe when it drops in price I'll pick it up.

RH, I dont even remember hearing any music in it except for Heart tunes and older old 70's rock.
Had the misic audio cranked but could barely ever hear anything playing.

If anywone wants the Collectors Edition (complete with free album DL, figs, art book etc) and wants to save some dough, you can have mine for 65 shipped.

Just finished it on Cherokee and for some reason I can't get on Xbox live with this game.

I played the demo, and I liked the portals, and the gravity-play, but it's something i'd think about renting, but definately not buying.

I played the demo, and it had some interesting stuff in it, but it focused TOO MUCH on that new stuff, making it very very gimmicky. Not buying it.
