    Some crazy people (me) only care about bot mode for display purposes. Most of my TFs, if they were packaged in bot mode, have never been transformed and just went right on the display shelf out of the box (blasphemy, I know :D  )

    I do the same. MP Megatron has never been transformered but only because all the complaints abotu how easy he brakes.

    I try to transform all my bots once and then they go on the shelf and join all their brothers in robot mode.

    With how kick-ass the Shadow Warrior figures turned out, I'll be keeping a close eye on how these progress.

    Looks ok, I really hope that the picture just makes the neck look really thin, or that it looks a little better proportioned when finished. I held off on the last one to wait for Frenzy/Rumble, and if I get this I fear that I will have to buy two of the Shadow Warrior to arm the hell out of Shadow Commander.
    $25 Nemesis Prime
    $85 Commander Kit
    $74 for two Shaddow Warriors
    $35 Shaddow Beak
    This is becoming one expensive figure.

    The Wheelie head is interesting, and the Laserbeak looking thing isn't too surprising. Just wish I could find an affordable Shadow Commander. :(

    I think I'll wait and see if there is a repaint that matches city commander better, love the idea of something to hold the BFG in a back pack either way.

    What third mode from Shadow Warrior? I've only seen gun and bot modes.

    Gun mode IS a meaningful alt mode. Or don't you remember G1 Megatron, Shockwave, etc...?

    "Backpack"... Less so.

    Ah see, I misunderstood what you were saying. I thought you were saying that the alt modes for all the PE guys weren't meaningful. Or "useful" as it were :) 

    Now... what's this about a 3rd mode for shadow warrior?

    Cool idea. I'd like to see more pics though. Hope he does have a third mode though because backpack = fail. But that's cause I don't own Shadow Commander and don't plan on it.

    He's got "shoulder-mounted cannon", "handgun", and "robot". Yes - I recognize that the first two are quite similar... But let's face it - "handgun" mode means he can actually be used for bots besides ShadCom.

    The "backpack" on the other hand, is likely to be tailored pretty closely to ShadCom, and therefore would not be useful to other bots.
