Looking good so far, better than the original Marvel adaptation for damn sure.

They don't show Page 6, but it's in the Spotlight.

There's already one noticeable error based on that preview; Soundwave's "As you command Megatron" is attributed to Shockwave.

Nice to see the adaptation is based largely on the cartoon models, as opposed to... Infiltration Autobots or the Masterpiece Prime toy. Consistency is good.

The art looks really sweet. That splash page looks incredible. Can't wait to get this when it comes out.

Man, between this and the Classics coming out recently, it feels like 1986 again!

Why is it that Optimus Prime always has those lines on his mouth plate? He never had them in G1!

Probably a throw back to the original movie poster. It also doesn't "give away" the ending like the new DVD movie release cover.

The art looks nice, but I'm not very enthused about this project. I have the movie on DVD. I don't particularly need a version of it in print, even with Don's admittedly great art.

Might just skip it. Looks good, but pointless really.

For me, it is like watching the same play from time to time, but with different actors playing the roles. Each viewing is different, and you can choose which one you like best, or if scenes are played out better..... That's why I'd like to see a few Marvel G1 stories redone with modern art, or a couple G1 cartoon episodes done in CGI. Just because its classic, doesn't mean it can't be improved with a retelling.

Magnus was rather prominent in the movie. Prime passed the Matrix to him, he led the Autobots briefly, and he couldn't deal with this now! He wasn't the star, but he was heavily featured.

i hope the decepticons actually have a harder job on the shuttle or at least shoot brawn in the face. he was the second strongest autobot in the cartoon right behind prime. a shot to the shoulder would not kill him
