Heavy/Scratch: Pretender Skullgrin

    Here is my version of a pretender shell for Classics Skullgrin. It is made from a junker G1 Skullgrin shell and a Spawn Sabre figure. Classics Skullgrin fits into the pretender shell's back as a armor/weapons pack. The shell was airbrushed with custom mixed metallic colors with an ink wash applied. I went with the Marvel comics purple color instead of the G1 toy pink.

    One heck of a custom bro. I really like the care placed in the pictures. I know it is tedious sometimes to edit but it highlights the quality of all your hard work and the results are breath taking. Congratulations

    Dizzam!! Pretender shell looks off the chain!! Love all the detailing the ink wash pulls out!! Looks hella legit!

    Will you be painting up your classics skullgrin also? looks out of place on his back with no paint work on it.

    Fantastic work on the pretender shell and the lovely diorama's.

    Personally, I'm not a big fan of the generations robot mold though.
    I wonder if Combiner Wars Brawl would fit in your Skullgrin shell......

    Skullgrin was my first Pretender and I liked how he wasn't just another Decepticon thug in the Marvel comics.
