he has a Tank inside of him.. so I guess just do the Cybertronian armor.. since his armor isn't really " Samurai " armor as it is a Metalikato Masters armor..

    just happens to be Samurai-ish..

I say go Samurai, I've always figured he was hanging around on Earth being worshiped as an Oni-God, like the other Destron Pretenders.

He was just smart enough to keep his head down when Devil-Z showed up ;)

BUT, that shows which side of the pond my biases stem from...

If you happen to have a copy of Generations, take a CLOSE look at the Pretender concept art, I'm convinced that the original (pre-toy) design/concept was the best!

I'm not sure which is best.

I was thinking of maybe some how blending the two together for something new and different.

But that's just me.I know whatever you do it's going to be awsome!!!!!!!

This. That would be very, very cool. Will he fit the ROTF Voyager Bludgeon that's coming out?

I'd say go with a combo of the two. I would definitely lean to the modernized Samurai look, but with a close homage to G1. That head looks great already :lol

i think i,ll go for a mix of both.....

as for an update nothing as moved since i,m concentrating on the aerialbots right now.... also there a possiblity that the shell,s arms and legs will be add-on (individually for the body) that might solve some of the issues i have with this project.....

What did you carve that skull out of? It looks like a fusion of styrene and Styrofoam.

I have always loved seeing your WIP threads. Your skills with styrene is incredible. Will you custom make the shell as well or modify and existing one?
