OK, here it is, basically complete save for the decals which I'm waiting for Reprolabels to do for me. This figure is based on Alternator Ricochet, which I chose because of a lower price, a better head (not a big fan of Alt Smoke's buckethead) and the white thighs which saved me a lot of work. I reshelled it with a Datsun 280Z Rally plastic model kit. However, this figure won't transform since I couldn't cut up the model well enough. With better tools it should still fit on the original Alternator skeleton for the more talented of you out there. It was then spray painted and the car parts connected to the skeleton with green stuff.

Features: full posability of arms (once the green stuff has hardened completely) and legs, original dashboard and steering wheel visible on back, remolded bumper based on Subaru bumper (the model kit has the regular "Bluestreak" style bumper)

Missing: decals, minor touch-ups and possibly (if I can find good substitutes) shoulder launchers, transformability (damn Nucleon!)

Snags along the way: minor splintering of the model kit (that thing was fragile like heck), paint bleeding (the front is a bit messy but will work nicely with decals on)

Looks really good man.....if you would not have stated that it can't tf....no one would have known...looking at it in the pics, it looks like it can .....non-the-less, that takes nothing away from it.

    Great job :thumb

Pretty cool, actions master 2.0. Since it doesn't transform, you should trim off those magnet spokes and give his arm better articulation.

Oh, I see what you've done! It looks good dude. I see you went with a modified front bumper. I'm still in the painting proccess with mine at the moment. I've unfortunetly had some set-backs with it but all is well now and it's coming along.

Okay, decals arrived so he's finished now. Enjoy!

Reprolabels provided the 38 decals and the front bumper sticker, as well as the license plate. He also had Smokescreen's name on a transparent background so I used that for the door. The sponsor decals are from the original set. There were more, but I didn't want it to be too busy.
