People are getting confused. The Little toy company are good, PC are bad.

What is a normal legal channel? If he is saying to use that, but has lied about so many things, I think it's best to us an abnormal legal channel. Just my opinion. I'm ready to move to the next stage.

Just... wow. With every step they take they get more and more dodgy. They're going overboard censoring their customers feedback and reviews in any way they can. There were a couple of guys still defending them on these boards and Ozformers, saying they still trusted PC. Curious to know how those people feel now? Me? My last few disputes with PC were rejected by the bank, I refused to accept their judgement and demanded they continue to investigate. Reiterated all the info and background. I've been in what they are calling the "Pre-arbitration" phase of their investigation since 28th July. They said 30 days so a little over a week left to hear PC's latest round of excuses and fairytales.

My fear is this guy is banking on the fact that he won't lose every claim. So even if he didn't send people merchandise for 100,000 and he never purchased that merchandise, if he wins 25 or 35 percent of those claims, he made a killing. Retail price with a cost of zero.

If he was legit, he would have replied to all the emails I've sent asking for a status or refund. Every action he has taken proves he is simply playing a game of numbers and statistically, he stands to make a lot of money at our expense.

To anyone thinking he is legit, what is he doing with everyone's money who lost a charge back but has not received their merchandise for 6 months or more. By winning the chargebacks, he has no incentive to ship your item, ever.

What confuses me is how he's still able to access merchant facilities and still have any kind of bank account or financial presence. If his bank is being hit up for this many chargebacks, even if he still has the money to pay them, surely they must be getting suspicious, or at least raising questions. Jeez, if I'm late paying my mortgage for a couple weeks they threaten to bring in debt collectors. This has to be raising red flags with his bank, surely?

Heh. "If he was legit" is right. If he would respond to e-mails, then we'd all be whistling to a different tune. But with all the reports of non-shipment and non-replies, I have to chuckle when he said (as someone quoted) he's gonna sue people for complaining about his lack of customer service. I read his ToS and it does say he has the right to refuse service to anyone. Does that "service" include customer service? If so then that's kinda messed up :lol  To me, a legit person would not be so nonresponsive. They would be upfront and honest with you, and provide you service with an abiding sense of integrity. So far...his actions have not given me that impression.

He could of written he can punch you in the face but it doesn't make it legal. By reserving the right to refuse service, it doesn't give him the right to keep your money when he refused to service people.
