not sure on this yet. just talked with the guy for about ½ hour about this project. I am gonna brainstorm some ideas, and post them here!

 

Hmm..WOuld a power ranger deluxe megazord do? It's the first one out with dragon zord and titanus. The predaking above just reminded me of a mega dragonzord with an upsized pteradactyl or something like that (pink ranger's zord) attached.

I checked out the Power Rangers at TRU yesterday. Some of them will work, though I will have to completely rebuild the bodys so they aren't muscular human bodies.

I am actually embarking onto Abominus first, which is a challenge times a million.

If you can find it there use to be a KO Predaking that you could get like Napjr mentioned with white parts on it.

A joke? So what are the photos actually of? Because they look pretty real.

 

man, just got a predaking in the mail...i forgot how great these figures are. there's tons of articulation already, and the size is awesome and big enough as they are.

I will be using the orignal molds, adding articulation, adding some waist/upper leg kibble and hands, the normal stuff. the arms are long enough as they are, the legs...need help.

 

So, took a quick rough pic of the frame I'll be using for this. I want to pay homage to the G1'ness as much as possible.

Transformed him a little differently, might attempt to omit unicrons upper legs and work the lion legs to do the same thing, avoiding all and any kibble. Though it might be tough, seeing how the lions crotch is directly under the chest, i might be able to telescope that half to give him a taller torso.

anyway, he's at about 17 inches, without the wings, as compared to his normal 10-11 inches.
