Well the last couple month's I've been moving out into the realm of more expensive figures/statues[Mostly Anime ones] and from what I see Predaking goes for on ebay I want to know how much to probably "Allocate" to finding a G1 Predaking, I don't need it to be FULLY complete. -I just accomplished a goal of finding Roadbuster and 2 other Combiner sets I've always wanted and Predaking is the last major Combiner I have wanted since...well I first heard of the set being out-

However my limits on spending so to speak are up to $200 I haven't spent but $150 on a single Item before so I need to find a Predaking set inbetween $100-$150.

Is that possible or is it just gonna cost me more than that?

I'm getting that reissue, myself, but if you want a good G1, you'll probably need more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Predaking can be expensive if bought all at once, especially for the versions that had die-cast parts. If all else fails, just buy the individual parts and slowly build from there.

What's the difference between the original and the reissue? Wouldn't you automatically want to buy the reissue because its cheaper and it is a reissue of the original?

    ^ The problem is:

    Its a *Re-reissue. :p  (* A reissue of a reissue)

Because the original G1 Predaking doesn't contain metal parts (Technically, the ones that came in a D-78 giftset doesn't)

    Those were made of plastics.

Only the individual boxed Predacons came in metal.

If you want to give your money away.... Better check the BBB on them. I personally filed a complaint and a claim with paypal. Total A-holes there. Still trying to get my money back. Robotkingdom sucks!!!

It'll be a lot. Amiami tends to be on the high side for shipping, as they use standardized boxes instead of ones tailored to fit whatever it is you've ordered (read: HUGE), and you WILL have to take EMS for predaking due to his size. Expect to pay anywhere between $50 and $70 with the exchange rate as it is.

This is why I'm sticking with BBTS. Due to the Pile of Loot, I'm betting it's going to end up a bit cheaper after shipping than RK or Amiami.

I like Robot Kingdom, but honestly for a big item like this, I would go with BBTS. I take comfort in knowing that if there is something wrong with the figure, they will help you out.

I know fanboys will flame, but I like reissues over trying to recollect G1.
You get everything. Nice box, mint toy, mint stickers...perfect for display or keeping in the box.

If you're a hardcore purist, there's plenty of G1 out there for you. If you just want the figure to add to your collection, and missed out as a kid or past reissue, then this is one of the least expensive ways to own the figure again in incredible condition.

My luck's been excellent as of late snagging cheap vintage G1 Stuff so maybe I'll wait till I get lucky and find one cheap. Cause moment I shell out a ton for it someone comes along and lists it cheap and I headdesk so hard it'd break my desk.
