As others have said about your update its cool man, im just happy to hear its still progressing, you could really make some money off this thing. im planning on getting at least one if not two from you. even if your new design is significantly different i'll still be all over it

My Classics Prime is patiently awaiting for this kit, so far this is turning out to be better than expected. And I was expecting a lot!

Sorry to be a jerk....don't mean to rub anybody the wrong way, but I was wondering what is the status of these? I got this crazy idea that if you got a few people to make a few donations ($300 maybe each) we could get this project off the ground. Perhaps to make it more enticing, these generous individuals would get a free armor when they're done. I would gladly volunteer the first $300. What do you think??

 

Im still eagerly awaiting this project. Been excited about it since it was originally posted. Some updates would be awesome, just something to let us know this project is till alive

Actually that one is the original prototype model that the OP created, his latest post in this thread is dated at least 5 months after that custom contest thread. He was working on an update/ limited release version to sell and many of us had been really hoping he'd be able to get it in to production, it kinda sucks that its been around 5 months with no update though  

 

I hope TGPing will finish this, as I would have really liked to get a set.

However, I hope the shoulders are made smaller. I think that's the only weak point in the design; they're so massive, they kind of just blend in with the forearm pieces.

Is there any way you could do a 3D modeling job in say 3DS MAX or Maya or something.

The proportions seem a bit off on paper. the arms and legs seem almost wider than the torso.

Will the kit be sturdy or easy to damage like that HOS Prime resin kit?

 

Mine doesn't have nearly as many moving parts, no metal pins or anything. But I dont know the type of resin that kit used.

At least you wont have to worry about my kit later turning into a mass-produced plastic toy   After this I'm leaving the classics prime mold behind.

The new prototype addresses a lot of concerns the old kit had.

-trailer mode, doesn't have big gaping holes on the sides, for one

-the shoulders have been given an adjustment, allowing a greater range of motion for the forearms.

-the hands can hold 5mm weapons, the guns all have 5mm pegs.

-All details from the original artwork have been included: Added 'elbow' armor and adjustable shoulder flaps.

-overall more detail added.
