This will be a non transforming powered up Prime, I'm still waiting on a pod racer to arrive and I'm trying to avoid cutting anything on this Jetfire, I'm just using him for a mockup at the moment. I will get another Jetfire and cut him up.

I would like to use a Matrix APU for the feet but I can't find one at a reasonable price.

I'm still in the planning stages but this is what I have so far:

    THOSE APU'S ARE RIDICULOUS!!!

Man, I think this is the first time I have seen so many non-transforming custom done.
This is looking good. The only thing I would suggest is to purchase the 1/48 scale SR-71. Same price as leader Jetfire but the scale is almost perfect!!!

This is lookin' great so far. :thumb

Jetfire's feet (that is what you used, right?) works very well. The shoulder armor/nosecone pieces look too small, though.

I'm using an older Prime that I will strip down and repaint, he was my first attempt at Prime and the paintwork is very rough.

Thanks for the tip, how does the blackbird model compare in size to a leader Jetfire?

    Yes, they are jetfires feet.

I thought the nosecone pieces looked too big so I cut them down a bit :)

Added a few more bits, ignore those guns on his arms.

The X1 Tie fighter is great, all the angles are spot on for this job, no need to heat and bend plastic

I'm tempted to throw a leader Megatron into the mix, there's a few bits on him that would work very well.

What did you use for the wings on the sides of the podracer?

You should consider getting something bigger, they should be equal in size to the afterburners.
