Ok I borrowed this idea from irvinechan1982.
    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/231423-city-commander-shadow-commander-upgrade.html

But I didnt want to hack up my City commander head a the face is probably glued in. I havent tried removing it. So i decided I will upgrade Powered Commander's face.

I took my MP starscream and recasted the faces.

Next I will make the smirking face for Shadow Commander.

Sorry for the crap pics. I was in a rush. Also it looks like PC has herpes but I rushed the painting and fiddled with a tab for the head to lock in. so i gubbered up the face a little. I will touch it up when I get back home. I did not want to permanantly install the face. So now it is swappable.

    UPDATE:

So here is the face on City Commander and shadow commander.

How much of the original MP Starscream face is in there? Will the entire thing fit inside the helmet, or do you have to make modifications to the top and/or bottom of it?

You need to only modify the top of SS head. On the original head, there is a cylindrical post. You need to shave and trim it down to turn into a rectangular peg to plug into the helmet.

    These look great. Fantastic idea!

Strangely, I think these faces are conveying more personality in those helmets than they do when mounted on MP Seekers. I love Shadow Commander's evil smirk. :)

I think that's the first head-mod to the Commander armour that actually works for me. Mostly likely because the helmet was left alone, so it doesn't feel as out of place to me as a lot of the full headswaps. :D

Actually in some DW drawings, he has yellow eyes.
