Huh, you know that could work. It could also work with Wolfang. I'll be damned if I do it (because I dislike Twilight, can't digibash to save my life, and I will not be messing up my Wolfang anytime soon), but it could work. Right, because a new show that no one is forcing you to watch is definitely a bad thing for you I'm sure this is good news to a lot of people, but I doubt that I will give this more than an initial glance. Power Rangers hasn't really aged well for me
Crap, I think Disney did some really good things with the franchise. Hope Saban will continue with the direction Disney was going. :/
Isn't that what they said on the Lusitania? But, seriously, this is good news. Maybe we'll get seasons of un-edited, original PR.
the last PR (or at least the first half before it changed directors/whatever) was the best of the part few PR shows...they should get that crew that did that and make them do another one. same thing with TF, animated was the best in a while (last was RID)...
Actually I think even after the producer change it remained fairly competent, but that's my opinion. This may be due in part that the replacement producer was Judd Lynn, who was a Saban veteran. Overall, RPM, the last season, was quite a good one.
I want to see something more original like RMP. Maybe pull a "DinoThunder" in a since and make a different version of the first season (MMPR-2) I hate how sometimes they become restricted by the Japanese footage that may not always work well with the story they want to tell.
The news just keeps getting better and better. Power Rangers needs to return as the powerhouse it was back in the day. Hopefully Bandai America will now start putting as much attention into Power Rangers as they currently do with Ben 10. The RPM line was so poorly treated, we didn't even get the 2nd half of the line stateside, let alone all the other stuff that got canceled or is nigh-impossible to obtain. At least they have the MMPR line to make up for it, but even that could use some extra muscle behind it as it seems they are really spacing most of it out to cover for time until they have a new Power Rangers show. I wonder if they'll bring back Alpha? Maybe as Version 7 or even a new version 8?
Seeing Saban and Nickolodeon in the same newspiece makes me worry about TMNT's future. Please for the love of jeebus, no more Venus de Milo.
I have no idea how the hell they're going to Americanize Shinkenger. Everything about it was so culturally specific to Japan.
...Eh, given how there's been movies lately bastardizing our childhood icons, I highly doubt a new Power Rangers movie could be any worse. I'm willing to see it...if it's a reboot of MMPR that is. Yeah, Shinkenger's gonna be a pain to Americanize, unless... Unless Saban does as LITTLE to Americanize the show as possible! *Gasp*
