Which would be utterly ridiculous since Scream was never a bulky figure. He would have looked much better with Elita's portions.

I'm really happy I passed on POTP Starscream in favor of Elita-1. I don't have anything against POTP Starscream but I'm trying to limit how many of a single mold I buy. I do love the remolding in jet mode and while I don't like the overuse of decals or the quality, I do kind of like how shiny they are in jet mode.

Going back to Starscream for just a moment, looking at Elita-1, they could have always released a POTP Starscream but instead of an overly bulky G1 styling, they could have used Elita's sculpt and released a PRIME Starscream version instead.

This looks a lot better than Starscream. A good retool goes a long way.

Yes, some of them will most likely be already peeling straight out of the box.

Picked this up against my better judgement since I passed on Starscream so often I lost count.

All in all, it's pretty bland. I'm actually finding it hard to pinpoint any positives about the figure.
Okay, I do like the Combiner headsculpt, and the alt mode could be worse. That's positive, right?
    The rest... is forgettable.

The bot itself is just not aesthetically pleasing in that the huge legs and goalie gloves are so disproportionate to the skinny thighs that it's jarring.
For transformation issues, the thin bars that are supposed to lock into the lower legs barely do so, fitting the Combiner head back in the torso was annoying because it needs lined up just right, and it really just does not feel stable in either mode.

So, of the three PotP Voyagers I've bought so far, only Hun-Grr feels like it was worth it. I really need to control my impulse buying better.

    I really miss Titans Return...

This sentiment is why I'm really hoping to see Snaptrap. I'm not sold on Hungurr because well, just no feeling the Voyager head. But I wished I had picked Cyclonus or one of his remolds. Wish me luck :)

Just got her tonight: kudos to Hasbro for mega-upgrading the Starscream mold. Color scheme is beautiful. I noticed that her engine nozzles are designed after the F-35 Lightning II, wicked.

I wish her combiner feet were not painted black, they're molded in the peach color.

Typical POTP voyager lack of weapons, not impressed with those puny guns.

Are the nose and canopy of Elita 1 in jet mode, the exact same as Starscream? If so wow....the deco on Elita 1 makes those parts look way better.

I like her robot mode the best. Jet is underwhelming and the combiner mode is a mess. I would like to see the other 3 fembots as limbs so she can have her own team at least.

Man alive, Starscream would have looked so much better with Elita's forearms and lower legs. Even her feet, despite sort of resembling high heels are closer to more traditional seeker feet.

I quite like Elita-1's "Gundam shoes", just wish they folded better for jet and combined mode.

I was messing around with Elita and Hun-Grr this morning and just have a hard time enjoying Elita when the other one is so fun.
I'll probably either return the figure or sell it.
    Just not worth keeping.

    Thanks for the thorough review!

Imagine what the Takara LG version of this would've been like.

Also, thanks to whomever pointed out that Elita-1’s feet are misassembled in most copies. The right is on the left and left is on the right. You can tell by the slight A-stance they are molded in. I swapped them on mine as seen in that latest photo with Arcee.
