20180119_112052-1.jpg My 14 year old son is convinced the dinobot combiner will take Trypticon out. He is already going to be calling him Dinoking. "Yes yes" he says when I try to say something"I know he is not Dinoking but I grew up here in Florida not Japan". Lol he is really looking forward to Snarl and Sludge to make his Dinoking

id like a leader Shockwave, evolution trick or not. If the lil bot or one of the Alt modes suck oh well as long as the big bot mode looks lie3k G1 SW and is nicely pose-able... if the smaller bot or alt modes are palatable so much more the better.

    Zuid-Holland - Netherlands.

initially overload was a bit of a disappointment, but after introducing him to shockwave and figuring out his terrible knee joints I'm really starting to like him.
he looks quite good as a torso for random limbs, and I like his cannons.

    I got his back ...
the pricing premium and added shipping costs for buying online could typically buy an entire second toy ... I don't see why that's the old chestnut that gets trotted out every time some one has trouble finding something

" But But you should be patronizing online shops..."

    No.

How about we stick together and synchronize a chorus of
    "Fix the distribution"

    I have to agree

Even as someone who enjoys IDW's Transformers run (for the most part), I don't have a strong desire for a Senator Shockwave figure, much less one that 'evolves' into a more G1 accurate Shockwave, to whatever extent that would be possible. If Hasbro is gonna release another mainline release any time soon, I'd like to see them do a standard voyager figure for the character

In regards to the leader figures, I wouldn't mind seeing Thunderwing in there, or Deathsaurus (though I don't know how that 'evolution' would work either). But at the same time, I wouldn't mind if we got mostly or all Autobot leaders either. Between Combiner Wars and Titans return we got 3 Autobot leader class figures, and 9 Decepticon leader class figures.

I do, because distribution is so bad I have no other choice.(leader class of any line hasn't been restocked in over a year, titans return has been gone from shelves for 2 or 3 months now with the exception of old titan masters, and when they do get new stock it's usually 3 of the same figure)
but i prefer buying in a store.

and even webshops are a bit slow here.
my preferred one isn't actually getting the potp wave 1 leaders until next month, and still has no potp legends which should've arrived last month.
I couldn't wait any more, so I canceled my preorders for windcharger and optimus prime and bought them at a webshop that got the leaders a few days ago.

Oke now i'm curious live only 1 province away and every webshop i know has them (or already sold out) so what webshop do you prefer?
And since every main toystore here has more in common with a scalper (which explains the leaders too expensive) would advice the webshops with a store (saves a few bucks since you might need a day off based on some stories)

I agree on the account that bad distribution is bad for the sales numbers of the toys.
But Dicemaster lives in a country that has two great online stores specialized in Transformers.
The only worth he would lose in shipping is the price of a Pretender decoy.
    Altough money is money.
I'm not trying to put any blame.
    Just trying to help out.
And trying to get my webshops new customers :p

I haven't seen leaders in stock yet at tf-robots, last I checked they where expecting them today.
and gerrutcamaro only got the leaders in this week.

I prefer archonia.com, mostly because of the way they handle preorders.
they only need a €50 deposit(or total value if it's lower than that) on all preorders together, and I can choose when to ship preorders.
while gerrutcamaro also is very flexible with when orders are shipped if I remember to check the right box at checkout, they require preorders to be paid in full upon placing the order and only refund canceled preorders as store credit(archonia does this too, but it's less of an inconvenience because it's not the full price)
and last time I asked tf-robots does no holding at all unless you have unreleased preorders in the same order.

Yeah, that's true. Archonia are more convenient if you don't want to pay full price for a pre-order beforehand.
I did assume TF Robots already had the Leaders. I guess they haven't got them yet then.
And they don't hold items like you say, but I usually have a fair bit of pre-orders running with them so I got quite a bit they hold for me by the time the last item is released.

But Archonia isn't without his faults. Pricewise not the cheapest nor the fastest in stock their core business isn't transformers afterall.
And you never know for sure with TF Robots got my Grimlock from them still in December even whn their site still said pre-order.
Best source is still wait for 2 years only if you can wait

interestingly archonia is the cheapest for potp leaders, they're about €5 below the others.
and perhaps with your grimlock they sold their entire first shipment though preorders.

I just got Grimlock. Don't have any of the deluxe dinobots yet, but I thought I'd try out combined mode with an assortment of random CW limbs. Has anyone else done the fan configuration that uses Slash as a backpack to hold it together? It's amazingly stable and looks so much better than the official transformation.

I'm considering displaying my potp dinobots in dino mode, does anyone have any recommendations for a cheap, sturdy clear plastic figure stand for Swoop?
