Consequences - Transformers: Prime Wars Trilogy | go90
I keep getting "site is not secure" messages.
Overlord is dead, Rodimus Cronus has gone rogue, and Megatronus is putting his plan into action. Its almost over folks. Now onto the bitching.
"Victorion was a perfectionist. The Torchbearers were pure of heart." HOLD UP RIGHT THERE.
1) What of Victorion indicated she was a perfectionist? All weve seen of her is a self-righteous swordsman with an Arthurian tongue of dialect. Nothing about her indidacted being a perfectionist.
2) Why the FUCK did you mention the Torchbearers when they never separated from their combined form? This is the first time theyve been referred to as a group when theres been no indivual characterization for ANY COMBINER TEAM. What is this, Power Core Combiners?
3) Pure of heart? Well maybe in the IDW series, minus Pyra Magna who redefines "bitch", but in this series? Hell naw.
I may be a Victorion fanboy but even Im calling out bull shit.
Yeah had a feeling that Unicron's attempting to throw a wrench into both Megatronus's and the heroes plans by using Hot Rod to do it. How ironic given the role Hot Rod had in the 86 TF movie..Also glad to see Windblade came out fine though she and the other's work isn't finished. Gotta say this is a cool moment for Megatron in this series to shine though signs point to Primal getting the Matrix of Leadership and becoming Optimal Optimus at the end.
Then, they lived happily ever and forever.
So this whole time, all Megatronus wanted to do was to reincarnate Solus Prime into a walking, talking Philospher’s Stone... or in other words, a female Hohenheim.
I see Megatronus has been watching Fullmetal Alchemist and has been taking notes.
I forget that there’s a new episode every Tuesday, and this was okay.
I thought the lip-synching was a little sped up, but, otherwise, I didn’t feel like my Hellbound Heart was gunna leap my out chest in a flurry of chains and hooks.
Still, I do love (pseudo) Autobot Megs
My only contention is that we didn’t see the body of Overlord, so I’d list him as MIA until somebody Habeas that Corpus.
I’d guess Machinima was contracted by Hasbro to make 3 feature length films worth of content, and so Machinima is just about done. Or, perhaps, Machinima bought a license for 3 feature length films.
Either way, Transformers needs Anime.
Call Studio Trigger, HasTak.
So basically this whole arc of this trilogy has been a redemption arc for Megatron.
Albeit an unearned one because we have no context for what put him into his self-exile melancholy in the first place.
for outside us can watched it on tumblr its up
So wait, does this mean Megatronus is now Father? What'll he do next, try and absorb Primus?
Gurrenn lagaan was headmasters rodimus prime too
Really liked this episode. I can kind of see Megatron as a good guy now, at least a little bit.
Oh optimus if you could see me now
Tbh, he's probably the only reason I'm still watching. I got dizzy midway as I felt the spinning of the cam as our protagonists huddled was unnecessary. So far, I'm alright with Grimlock, sad Windblade isn't dead, and Primal has been a little underwhelming.
Has/Tak needs to drop this and Cyberverse and call up Studio Madhouse for a REAL Show. The last GOOD show we got was Prime which was 5 years ago. The Last GOOD Movie we got was the 2007 live action. Seriously.....Flop after flop after flop for the past 5 years for TV and 11 years for movies. This garbage needs to stop.
Is Optimus Primal ever going to transform!?
Why would they drop a upcoming series?
Cyberverse at best as a slight chance of being good. This POTP series is also nearly over, cutting it short just to satisfy you is idiotic. Also , Cyberverse hasn't even shown off ANY footage so judging it by character design , toys and what little information we have is kinda stupid.
Cyberverse is not even on TV yet , stop bitching about something that hasn't been watched by anyone. My dear Primus this fandom...
Overlord was vaporized by the Requiem Blaster , hence no body. But damn , is the continuity light. In fact , I actually consider some of the Combiner Wars and Titans Return toy bios (with little bits of headcanon based on other TF continuities) canon to this series. All we know is the war devolved into a arms race..combiners and Titan-Masters sound like good weapons to try and one-up the other faction with. The line about Megatron once being Galvatron last episode could be represented by Combiner Wars Leader Megs to TR Yoyager Galvatron to TR Yoyager Megatron , that Megatron somehow gained the power of Unicron , became Galvatron but near the war's end , the Unicronian energy ate away at his sanity and to effectively lead he returned to his Megatron self
Yeah, if even 'cron got knocked out, it would be very disappointing to see Thunderlips suddenly reappear.
But... god, those shots of Victorion's corpse... imagine if one of My Little Ponies died and kids were shown shots of its dead rainbow corpse through an episode, parents associations would get mad. Mamma mia!
I NEVER liked Victorion in this series and her death is just..damn. Since Hasbro touts the Prime Wars Trilogy being for older audiences...we can see why in some way.
