I obtained the Power Core 5 Pack Skyburst today and let me tell you major dissapointment for $20.00. Skyburst himself is made of shoddy plastic and the jet leg it looks like it was either put together wrong or just executed terribly. To top it off the arms are "Lame" elbow articulation. While I love the 2 packs I would steer clear of these guys.

I'm not trying to be rude, but please read the stickies. They helped me a lot.

There have been people with great PCC packs, and people with crappy ones.

I'm not collecting the PCC's, but $20 for one of those drone sets doesn't really seem out of line to me.

How many threads do we need to start about "XXX Toy sucks and is too expensive!"

It's getting waaaaay old with this attention seeking crap instead of people not paying attention or choosing to not post "topics" (and I use this term loosely) in threads THAT ARE ALREADY STARTED.

    Reading is your friend.

I haven't seen a single thread here about over-priced sex toys.

To be fair, the last time we saw a mix-and-match combinations line like this, they all wound up with samey transformations and were hindered by the gimmick. I bored of them quickly.

You may know them as the Energon Autobots. And I don't recall them winning any design accolades by the fan community.

I picked up the 2 packs and was pleasently surprised but them but when I went back today to check if Drift was restocked (wasn't...dammit) and took a good look at the 5-packs...I agree they look really shoddy. Even ignoring the lame drone idea the individual core robot didn't look good at all IMO. Oh well, more for everyone else.

I've been seeing more and more things like this pop up on different sites and about half the time it turns out the person transforming it is "doing it wrong" as the kids say.

They can be a little finicky but even Skyburst (who is admitedly the weakest of wave 1) is very sturdy as long as all the tabs are locked in place.

My advice for you is either return it and see if you can't get a "better" set of Arialbots or you could do one better and trade up to some Combaticons (who are argueably the best of wave 1).

That's...not even cool. He'd be better off taking the set back for a full refund, rather than lose money and go home empty handed.

Why would you do that to someone? That's kinda low.

sometimes people throw away reciepts, don't wanna go back and unload really cheap. it was just an offer. especially if say, maybe he got it during the bogo at tru,
its not really that unreasonable, ive seen better toys go for lunch.
    thank you!
