Yeah but you don’t want the money you want the figure. When they lost one of my sets they replaced it.

If it is coming out on prime day, then someone knows that, and they should at they very least be able to send you one of those.

 

I told them and was told "Try to order it again and if you can't do to stock issues, we've done all we can"

Not to be a dick but did you ask to speak to a supervisor? don’t get me wrong, and it’s not really the call center person you are talking to’s fault, but sometimes you have to keep asking to escalate until you get to a person that has the authority to say yes.

I mean especially if the issue was that an amazon employee stole the item in question. That is a ridiculously large breach of service.

Dang, I am sorry, that is the worst customer service that I have heard of from Amazon, especially with the fee.

I didn't like the head sculpts. But I am starting to come around. These pics were the ones that threw me off. But the fact I been in this hobby for decades & knowing pics can alter what in hand experiences are missing half the time, is why I took a chance and preordered him yesterday.

I usually like everything. Example: I was probably one of the very few members that loved the 2007 movie Optimus Prime 1st fully finished CGI image right away while everyone else hated the idea of flames on him. + TF:Animated 1st 2D image of Optimus Prime I was in love with instantly while everyone else hated it.

 

Well I tried to get Amazon to add the "put in amazon shipping box" gift message on there, and they CANCELLED THE ORDER BECAUSE THEY COULDNT. Thank god I had ordered another this morning that had the message just in case. Back to waiting till the 17th but at least Im not screwed. They gave me free 1 day shipping on the new order and "added a do not cancel without concent" note on my account. Whatever that means.

Im aware, but I just dont see what that will do. These CS reps do whatever amount of work they want to do. Having a note on the account wont stop anything.

 

I can attest to that, the note may not mean jack diddly squat, after all they cancelled and claimed they had consent

 

My order just arrived about 30 minutes ago!

So, the figure is one per case and shipped in the case box. That is probably why they had issues and canceled those who tried to get other packaging. The outer box actually had a few dings but the figure box was just fine and well within my standards.

Good luck and hopefully everyone has the chance to him, including those who have had some issues.

 

So much for the claim that Amazon warehouses won't have them until the 13th.

 

This deco makes the mold really pop! Sorry, in my excitement he still had the clear plastic armbands on in a few of those pictures.   EDIT: I need to construct a light box and have a more reliable camera.

Further edit: Damn, this is a fun figure! The matrix is a pain to plug in during Nemesis Prime mode, but it is easy to pop Nemesis Pax out then place the matrix in. Now I'm tempted to pick up the regular Optimus Prime version despite not being as excited for it. This is seriously a fun figure even with some oddities to the look of the vehicle mode. This is definitely a great cheaper alternative to a Masterpiece. The colors on this version are just spectacular. I really wish those were tampos instead of stickers though. That is the biggest flaw in my opinion.

I need to open my Rodimus Unicronus now. The only version of that mold I own.

 

Well I shouldnt be surprised that they decided to pull some bullshit lie to cover their asses
