Actually, I could easily imagine using the engineering from Bumblebee to make Ironhide and Ratchet. Front end/windshield folds down, arms swing out from the sides, rear section swings down to form legs and feet. 4 steps.

If you look at The photo you can see the inner robots arms and a slight sliver of the chest(beyond the obviously legs) and those are all black. If I had to guess he’s like Rodimus Unicronus. The retooling is on the larger figure only and the inner robot only gets new colors, so I’d expect just a black Orion Pax.

Now Hasbro could name him something interesting an add a layer of depth to it, but I doubt it will be anything interesting.

Yeah Punch/Counterpunch is just full of storytelling potential - I'm really disappointed that IDW never really got to do anything interesting with him. Hopefully they'll be using him in their next relaunch.

 

I hope they do a good job with the Prime Wars version... I've been impressed with this line, no reason to think they won't. Thus far we only have the original and a couple of club exclusives:



Punch-Counterpunch deserves a proper Generations update... I mean, come on, when we're seeing characters like Battletrap, it's time.

agreed that i hope punch/counterpunch gets a good update, but i think that the first club one was pretty perfect to be honest, plus theres an ok quality ko thats pretty east to get for $20
