Yeah if this doesn't prove that the leeks were indeed true then I don't know what will.   This weekend can't come sooner enough.

 

Pretty excited about what they're going to show off at Hasbro. Hopefully they have the molds on display there. I can't wait to get the classic set of dinobots (plus bonus Slash, or whatever they're going to call him). And hopefully they show off what characters combine with Elita-1, and what that combiner's name is. It's pretty ingenious how they hide the combiner ports in that mold's arms.

Though the major downside is that usually we have a wait like a year before we get anything shown off in hand. But we can hope for miracles.

 

So you're saying TF: Prime Starscream is getting a toy in PoTP?

 

I'd be down for an all female combiner team of Elita-1, Moonracer, Novastar, Arcee, Chromia (afterbreaker repaint maybe?).

I also think it'd be fun to take Sky Lynx and pair him up with a couple animal limbs and a couple vehicle limbs to go all in on his animal/vehicle hybridness.

 

Strongarm, TR Arcee and the Torchbearers didn't have silly combat heels or twig legs, so I'm not sure what you're talking about nowadays. Clearly the current day TF designers are willing to design female Transformers with more than one body type.

 

I just hope the dinobots won't be compromised too much for being a combiner and probably having to share molds with the terrorcons.

That's because the Torchbearers and TR Arcee were repainted from existing mold of male characters. Strongarm is the only one that applies unless you go back further to like Strika.

I wonder how some of these prime masters will look when used as heads on TR figures... especially the leaders that have helmets to go over them.

 

According to the leaks looks like Grimlock, Slug and Swoop wave 1 Snarl and Sludge wave2

Being remolds doesn't make them not female. So yes, they do apply.
