A G1 based Dinobot just can't be a shelf warmer.

Skrapnel will probably be keeping the Legends pegs warm.
And if there is any Justice in the universe, Hatespeech Maga Jazz won't sell, and Hasbro will be forced Landfill them next to the Atari e.t. cartriges.

I'm going with Shattered Glass Rodimus - expensive straight repaint inspired by a series that only hardcore fans are familiar with. Once the SG fans buy him he'll sit `til Christmas.

Im going with Elita-1. While collectors might grab her, men and women alike, I don’t see many parents buying a pink female jet robot for their children in a toyline that predominantly caters to boys.

My bets are for evil Rodimus and Inferno, for the reasons many already pointed out.

Really? When I was little my mom had no problem with getting me a girl character from a boy's toy line regardless of the color. As a father I don't have any problem if my son wants a toy of a girl character from any toy line regardless of the color. I don't know what your parents were like or what you're like but I encourage my children to have a diversity in their toys.

That`s awesome.... My grandparents raised me , but even from the age they were from , they still had no problem buying me ...Say Batman Return`s Catwoman ...Among other things .... I think Elita-1 will sell like Hotcakes, as will Hun-grrr ... Some one mentioned how Beast formers were worn out by TF5 , but in no way have kids today been given the chance to behold a 2 headed dragon , that doesn`t look organic , and all so forms a huge robot when combined with 5 other monsters ... They will be very hard to find in stores ...Mark my words... I am loving this line... In CW I bought the figures in waves , then in TR I just bought the ones I liked , now , once again , I`m compelled to just buy every figure as they role out in their waves ..... Very exciting times I must say ...And thus far Hasbro made great selections of characters to release in POTP ... Very impressed ... Sadly , INFERNO is a huge no no , Imo any way ... They raped that Hotspot mold in CW , now they want to throw the corpse of Hotspot in our faces yet again ... Why ? I wonder ? , I have a theory , I think he is just fodder , a placement to keep the line propelling forward , untill they release the final Voyager , and maybe a retool of it or Hungrrr ,...Who knows ...Maybe in the style of TR they will give us 5 unique voyagers ... I for one hope so .

Do Legends class figures count? Because I think Skrapnel really belongs here, but my guesses are Inferno, Starscream, and Rodimus Unicronus. Two repaints we've seen already, especially one we've seen not too long ago and a mold that just looks unappealing to the eye.

I've only seen Slug once, and other than that, it's all been Legends Class. I have not seen anything Power of the Primes above Legends Class since I saw Slug. I don't know if it's because the local stores haven't ordered them yet or because they were all bought, but I've not seen Voyager, Leader, or Prime Master figures yet. I'd say it's much too early to tell, but I'm thinking Legends Class.

Well, Starscream doesn't look half-bad in Packaging but I think at the $50 price point and given all the negativity toward it I think Rodimus Unicronus will sit. if anyone's going to get this mold it's going to be the bright flashy red and yellow. Not the dark biker version with a goatee.

Why don't we get beyond the first fucking wave before deciding what lingers?

I predict that the shelves will be empty around my parts as I buy all the figures. ;)

I see several people thinking evil Rodimus will shelf-warm. But, as of what we know so far, he's only in wave 2. That won't give him quite the opportunity to shelfwarm compared to some other figures that will see multiple wave releases.

But, really, you can probably count on almost ANY deluxe/voyager wave 1 or 2 figures shelfwarming for a bit if Walmart pallet drops them before Easter or before the Bumblebee movie.
