This is my first Tatoo. It looks crooked, but its just the way I'm holding my arm.
The dude I know on myspace has whole sleeves of tfs on his arms he goes by the name of "PRESIDENT DAVE"
I know another guy who's got his entire back covered with ARMADA UNICRON.
I want mine covered with The BLACK ENERGON UNICRON.
That happens to my maximal symbol too! haha
dravens tattoo is the best transformers tattoo ive ever seen.
edit: nvm pics bad
That is amazing.
Someone else mentioned this too, but there is someone on here with a Seaspray tattoo is also really cool.
I don't buy into that. I've experienced that with other hobbies...
"What you don't have so and so??" or "You didn't know that?!"
"You ain't much of a fan!"
That crap drives me up the wall.
Yeah, Draven's tat is wicked.
Haha I guess you saved Draven from posting it himself! Where is that guy? He's usually the first to reply in a TF Tat thread.
I'm trying to find that Seaspray tattoo, but I guess I didn't bookmark the link and I can't remember the posters name.
But here's some cool stuff too... www.tattoosandtoys.com
got them on 2-12-05
I liked it dude! The placement is awesome and no black outlines around the symbols. Very cool.
Here's my Tat..
I'm hoping to get another one soon... and that's gonna be rockin!
Glad to know there are more with the Maxie symbol. I love what you did with yours. I wanna get more done to mine when I have the cash.
Some really good work here. This one is a stand out to me. The guy/girl who did this is impressive.
My simple symbol, got it back in 2000.
Here is my tat I just got it a few months back. I have a certain skin condition that faded the black while it was healing and I plan on getting it touched up very soon.
Would be a reasonable statement if you didn't turn around and call those who DID choose to get ink "silly".
Bottom line, you cannot gauge a fan of anything!
And really, what's the point?
Honestly, you don't have a friggin clue what REAL pain is then!
I don't consider getting a tattoo I'd wanted for well over a decade silly. If you don't like ink, fair play. But don't belittle some of the amazing work people get done.
Maybe they would, but they'd get laughed at for playing the True Fan card.
Then it's probably a good thing you don't go to conventions, frankly; if you go in with an attitude like that you'd be in for a very lonely time.
Heh, sorry. Been somewhat kicked in for the last few days by a pretty much constant migraine (vastly mitigated by a phone call informing me that I've won a Nintendo Wii yesterday ). Anyways, just so I can say I did post it myself:
It was done around 2000 or so. The Decepticon symbol was traced from a car air freshener I got from hot Topic (I think) years ago; the biomechanical work was added later by my tattoo guy Nick Iovene (http://www.farbeyondtattoo.com/), who did it all freehand.
Oh, and on the topic of pain: My tattoo didn't actually hurt until Nick got round the the bit near my armpit. I've heard it said that it hurts a lot less when you can actually see where you're being worked on (since you know when the needle will touch you). I guess I'll find out when I get my next one done; it's going to be a set of biomechanical angel wings covering most of my back.
