Hey I did business with that guy too! I got a Senator Ratbat from him, and also some Legos. The Junkion Exchange was where I got most of my stuff too for very reasonable prices. Only a few things I had to get on eBay mainly because no one here was selling it (like Thunder Mayhem and Botcon Airazor). But man, that's a great price for that Soundwave set. Congrats!

Oh wow, that brought back some memories. I had that guy when I was a kid and played with him a lot. Not the best robot/GoBot/Transformer thing, but I liked it back then. Man, this took me back in the blink of an eye...

one thing thats so bad about selling off your collection is that when you make the decision to start over you have this idea in your head about what your collection is going to be and i just ended up deciding to go with a different route. im selling this nbk megs together with a x2toys giga raiden optimus prime. probably will post in the sales forum soon. if interested contact me. im asking 100 for both shipped but im pretty flexible. my collection now is going the way of g1 style legends scale so dx9 mft kinda stuff so im open to trades too.

When you're a G1 Optimus Prime fan, then yes you gotta have him.
If not, then no need to buy him.
He's expensive, big and heavy.
And every time you play with him, it's like a workout with a dumbbell of 10 kg's.
And his joints are really tight ratchets.

 

I was finally able to add these 2 rare pieces to my collection at a reasonable price. Both are mint in box, and complete with the exception of the paperwork. The figures are in fantastic condition and the boxes are pristine. Very excited to add these to my collection.
