Received my smallest POL in while today. MBM-1 Optimus, MBM-3 Megatron and LG-44 Sharktron and Sweeps. I finally have an Evasion Optimus with faceplate and he's gorgeous, my Sharkticon Pack has its rightful leader and Megatron is all right as well. He's my first Movieverse Megatron that isn't from TLK, so it's a bit weird going backwards engineering-wise but he looks pretty good.

Tr breakaway. Colors make for a nice generic body, was hungry for some new plastic even though he's not new since I have chromedome and wanted to help my stores POS so we can hopefully get in the twintwist wave

 

he doesnt get much love in the TR appreciation thread, but i like him. i really like the clear red plastic for the windshield. color scheme very nicely done.looks good alongside his buddy skids..

 

Finally caved in and started picking up TFC Toys' Road Caesar with Raging Bull.

 

That Road Ceasar looks amazing. Probably a bit fiddly for me to get to combined mode but, really sweet set.

My lastest purchase os DX-9 War in Pocket Skier (mini Swoop) and Rager (mini Grimlock) , c'moooooon mail!

I couldn't resis and used the excuse that I needed to make sure all the parts where there so we didn't end up opening Xmass morning and breaking the boys heart ... the ^YO wants a Devy for Xmass bad so. I opened it up after he went to sleep and inventories all the stuff in the box, took each constructicon through their modes, to make sure everything works. I had heard the UW C'Cons were essentially as close as we were ever getting to master piece versions and hoooooooly shit they were right. It is a Masterpeice. I opened CW UM and we have all been playing with it,, I don't think Silver bolt AND Jetfire will make it all fall and Winter, I am bound to break down and get at least one of them out early.

 

Picked up these Nonnef upgrades for TR Brpadside, Mindwipe, and Brainstorm. Shipping was crazy fast!



Only have the weapon peg for Mindwipe today. Will probably get the wrists and feet too. I reused the old connector peg as a third barrel or sights. If you get this peg, take care when swapping the old peg out. I softened the plastic in warm water and used a 1.4mm screwdriver to pry it out.



I missed out on the teal blasters but the gray arent too bad. The color isn't a perfect match for the pallet, but hovers somewhere between the two shades used. Of course his old teal weapons store nicely on his back.



Or make him look as extra as he acts.



Here's the real reason I got these. The arm panels dont match perfectly but do the job, and the weapons are great! Minimal filing for pieces that arrived off their sprews. I haven't put in the leg fillers yet. They dont look as easy to clip off and i don't care much about the fan jet mode although it is a vast improvement. Unfortunately, not much room for storing the clear blue rifle for those who don't dig the shoulder blaster look.
