That's not an animation error it's subliminal messaging tricking you into believing that you want to buy a Legends sized Ratchet.

 

I don't know. My impression is that AKOM didn't give a shit about anything other than hacking out the job. How that studio is the product of a brilliant man like Nelson Shin is beyond me.

 

Not sure that could be considered an animation error as Transformers base their alt modes off of real world items: guns, planes and what not. So, it's not inconceivable that Shockwave's gun form would be based on a weapon commonly available on Cybertron. That being said that picture is still really funny.

 

This is the one I always remember from the movie, Soundwave ejecting two Frumbles. But in the very next scene, one of them turns blue.

I love how this scene has a bunch of dead people (Ironhide, Ratchet, Wheeljack) and Hotspot colored like Optimus Primal.
