    Ebay:
    Hello again Fellow TransFans,

Just been looking around for some good deals and came across this seller:

    http://tfieds.com/useritems.php?user_siteid=8092

Never seen this person before and have received emails from them stating that all items are genuine. Even sent some pics...but I did a little searching via Google for the email address (streettops@yahoo.com) and it came up as a possible pet SCAMMER. Also, I found the email references to an online auto site based out of New York. I searched the net on the auto site owners name and came across a telephone number...called and talked to the person, who apparently did not know about that email address. Additionally, I found an IP address with reference to that email host and it brought up Nigeria.

So far, I have yet to hear back on the items request from the person; as I gave my home address for a S/H quote, but I asked where they lived in Ft. Wayne Indiana (as referenced on Tfied.com, even though the email crosses with the guy in New York).

I have not sent any cash, but did mention that I prefer Paypal, but I think I recall them listing payment options on Tfied as western union or international money order.

All I need is a little help now to see if maybe I got confused somewhere. If this person is indeed a scammer then we need to get the word out! PLEASE help on researching this person to keep a possible SCAM from happening! I guess that if it smells like ^&*# and looks like ^&*# then it must be ^&*#!!! Just wanted to get others opinions...

the MP starscream price just makes the whole thing really, really fishy.

and damn near everything on tfieds.com is a scam. there's freaking iPhone listings with pictures of playstations and gameboys in the auctions.

    XD...wow, some people eh?

Kinda makes me glad I don't do much shopping online, and when I do it tends to be from retailer sites or import shops and whatnot, espescially with people pulling this kinda crap.

Personally, I'll never do business with anyone who only takes Western Union. It's an incredibly easy way to get scammed out of your money. Good call, ExtremeGz!

I did the same and it is a scam. Western Union and claiming hes relocating to Germany, probably will if he gets enough of peoples money. Good work man.
