Hey all, I got an idea of doing a Fort Max to scale with say 20th
Ann. Prime, about 1/32nd scale then he will have to be atleast 25
feet long in bot mode. I'm sure I can do the body parts for him,but
the head I don't know.and if I do him he will have to stay outside.
So I ask yall if I should do this or not?.It may take months as I
would have to make the part from scratch, like wood styrofoam,
and lots of other stuff. Also real expensive, and I'm not sure if I will
be able to transform him once he's built,a 6 foot guy transforming
    a 25 foot transformer would be hard.and this wouldn't be just a
basic kitbash, this would be the ultimate kitbash (or does that only
mean for an actual fig made by hasbro or so forth?) .So lmk yall.

That's insane. You really want a 25 robot replica in your backyard? What's the point? What if you move?

Sorry, but somebody had to be the voice of reason.

If I were you, I'd pick a WAY smaller scale, like human-sized. That would be a lot more manageable.

I was going to do something like this too, but make him like 6' flat and just from there. Make him to scale with the G1 bots, not the BT/20th line... youd never be able to do anything with him, you might as well sculpt out a statue.

Dude, if you're gonna build a near-25-foot monstrosity that replicates a Transformer, more power to ya. I don't think I'll ever have that type of time or devotion.

My suggestion is to forget how big max should be. Instead figure out a 1:24 human in an exo-suit which transforms into a head.... Then you build a cerebros to scale with that head. Now you can build a max to scale with cerebros.
