I think if we got this, we would at least need a lot of lighting effects which would look extremely nice, rather than having the voice box which would be nice, but I think would drown out everyone. If a company is making a unicron, this will have to be as detailed of raiz's drawing of unicron:

Thinking about an accurately scaled Unicron just makes my head hurt. Even in the movie he was not one size all of the time. Sometimes he was planet sized (like when he was travelling through space by himself) but most of the time (like when he was interacting with Galvatron and the Autobots) he was in the same scale ballpark as Trypticon. If he was planet sized, those scenes would not have worked due to sheer mass.

Unicron probably works best as a standalone piece. That way you can make him a reasonable size for your needs but don't have to worry about him fitting in with other figures.

Mp10 is the definitive masterpiece prime, just would want a bit more articulation while keeping the same look.
