Not sure but this looks well dodgy

He claims that he is selling each one as he is making room in his collection.

Thats fine but how many soundwaves do you need in a collection.

Also the pic is the same as a previous auction for animated soundwave.

He even uses the same wording.

    What you you think?

If this turns out to be legit then so be it.

Yeah. He looks like he's copied the pics and the listings text.

    I don't think i will be bidding.

He's a con. Look at his feedback. 88% positive. Not to mention, he shows an auction for a "RARE PALITOY DEATH STAR PLAYSET!" Cool and all, right? Oh wait, what's this? He has 3-4 more of them? How rare can they be?

Yeah, FRAUD is stamped all over his ass. Run for the hills.

...it's a shame, we don't get playsets like that anymore. That would rock if Hasbro (or a third party) made a cardboard playset for Animated. Yeah...

There is no way this is legit, as such I've reported it to ebay.

    A salutory tale now:

A couple of years ago when I bought/sold loads of TF's on ebay, a guy copied my listing text exactly. I had it all set out, covering all aspects of trading, and a detailed description of my approach to describing each item. He had even added that we were trading partners to bask in my feedback!

I messaged him politely asking him to change his listings, no response, contacted ebay (who were for once surprisingly helpful) and they took down all his listings within 24 hours. I added a disclaimer to my listings to avoid any confusion, never saw his ebay ID again, though he may have changed it.

A month or so later I got an angry email from one of his customers who had been ripped off, as he didn't respond they contacted me as his 'trading partner', needless to say their anger intensified once they realised I was nothing to do with the little bastard!

Goddamn MFing ebay, you try and make it a bit safer to use, and they apparently couldn't care less, not really a surprise I suppose.

The original poster of the first real auction wasn't very pleased, he's going to use watermarks in his pics from now on.

Ebay are probably too busy banning legit members like Red Leader, you'd think though that blatant copying of pic/text by a user with a neg for previous scamming might attact their attention.
