Wow!!! That is a awesome Galvatron, love the robot mode, alt is ok. But how about that Megatron! I wish someone would release a mod kit for Henkei or United Megatron to make him look like that. I really don't like the butteryfly wings on my United one.

 

Looks horrible. I want a great looking Galvatron and this isn't it.

Yup. Hasbro and Takara for releasing that broken deluxe figure.

I sure hope he is. If they're using the basis of his design for this it should turn out better than that X Transbots figure which is looking kinda shitty to me.

It would require way too much repainting then a simple upgrade kit would accomplish alone and even then Rain's piece is a lot more modified than it lets on.



I really don't know why everyone is bashing on this when it's just a sketch and not even done yet. Last I heard the Takara Masterpiece Galvatron is JUST a Rumor and has been for a LONG time. YEARS. I can understand the rumors now that we have an MP Rodimus but really, he's going to be out of scale of any other figure except MP scale and I don't see him fitting into the classics line any time soon. I'd rather have a good Voyager scaled figure instead and if that means a 3rd Party company then I'm in...though I wish it were someone like Fansproject instead.

 

I would love to see how this turns out.

 

If this ends up looking close to or better than rainchang007's custom IDW Galvatron, I'm totally on board. The design on the left seems to indicate that it could be that. *crosses fingers reeeeeeeeeeeally hard*

 

Except not everyone wants a Masterpiece scale toy. And Protector didn't fail, it fit in very well with Classics, which this Galvatron is probably for. So, memo to you: less foot in your mouth. Thanks.

I doubt there's much market for a Legends size Galvatron when so many people would be willing to replace their Deluxe Classics Galvatron with a better Deluxe or even Voyager Galvatron.


This "sketch" already looks better than the official Galvatron, though that's not saying much. The two sketches are actually very different.

 

To me it looks like they did a from comic to toy thing   Ithink i mite wont this.

Agree. I want a new Galvatron badly but this looks too artsy. Like the IDW design that changes too much just to be different instead of accentuating what is already so cool about him. There's this awesome Dreamwave pic with Galvatron coming out of his plasma bath on Thrull...MAKE THAT!!

 

IDW Design + Legends Class = Zero Interest from me.
