So cool. Thank God Hasbro went with 6" instead of 5" like Spider man. Anyone know the release date of these toys?
They look cool to me. I might get a couple of these, especially that last one there, as it would display nicely with my TF's imo.
They're six inches? Oh, thank goodness. I guess Hasbro learned their lesson from the Spidey and Fantastic Four lines warming pegs. So where's the Iron Man figure where he totally screws Spider-Man over and gets Captain America killed?
neat. I actually would have liked some 5 inch scaled figures though. Spidey 3's problem wasn't the scale, it was the shitty concepts and failed execution. but I might actually buy one or two of these IM figures. Definitely at least one modern IM, but i'm afraid of Iron Monger's action feature.....i hope it doesn't ass rape his articulation. though as usual, they'll need repaints.
Very, very nice. Ironmonger, eh? Still wondering just who he is (pet theory from the teaser is maybe Nick Fury with a prototype of the eventual War Machine armor, since apparantly Fury in some of the books is based on Sam Jackson. And the shot, a half second or so in the trailer, is of a bald black man's head sticking out of a suit that doesn't match either the Mark 01, Mark 02, or Mark 03 armors, it has the shoulder dimpling on the Ironmonger though).
Ditto. I want them all. I've been dying for more Iron Man stuff because toy-wise, he's so underused. Now all I need are some small plastic beer bottles for Tony and he's set!
If they are going by the comics, it's Obediah Stane. I SO hope they are going by the comics. I've always wanted to see that fight.
Transformers is all I have any interest in toys-wise these days but I used to like Ironman a lot as a kid. These look neat but make me laugh in the same way as Spiderman toys (or any Superhero movie-based toys where there aren't many characters and only 1 main protagonist) with how many versions of the main character they release and how superfluous that seems (there will end up being, what, 8-12 Ironmans?). With Spiderman it's just funny: 'web-launching Spiderman', 'net launching Spiderman', 'removable mask Spiderman', 'removable suit Spiderman', 'punching action Spiderman', 'kicking action Spinderman', 'Spiderman taking a dump'
