    What a mess!
Damn, I shipped my POL when Giant came in. Not 2 seconds after I pressed ship my loot did the rage set comes in. I asked if they could ship them together but for some reason they couldn't. No Big deal, I’m waiting for my package. Shows up today! BAM
Hello! Sent them an email so hopefully they take this stuff back. I would say 70 percent has been damaged. Looks like someone dropped their foot inside and shook it around. Green Giant is ok, little dent on the top. But damn what a waste. I have had bigger POL’s and they came perfect. Oh well. Still like BBTS and this option, hopefully it get sorted out quick.

Not a POL problem or nightmare, but more of a USPS or whatever shipping vendor you used...

couldnt think of anything worse... my 2010 primus came today, bought on ebay (first time I have bought online for this kind of thing). Have had a pit in my stomach since I confirmed the purchase early last week. Got home from worked, delivery box a little banged up.. but thankfully my primus box was perfect.

Not sure if I want to go through that again, but in some scenario's there just isnt another option.

I really hope you get replacements or at least some compensation mate.

My last BBTS order arrived to me in a similar state and two e-mails later replacement items were on their way to me and I was scheduled to have UPS pick their smashed in box (with damaged items)back up from me.

Awesome pol too bad the postal service didn't respect the value of the items. You should definitely open an insurance claim.

This is why I wouldn't pay for collector grade from anywhere. I have no doubt that BBTS did as best they could in packaging the stuff...and then UPS (or USPS or whatever) drop kicked it. So paying extra for better condition was pointless. That being said I open everything...so it wouldn't bother me...

Whether you collected misb or not, I'd be worried about rodimus still being intact after that treatment .

I think your UPS guy used to play Kicker or Punter on his high school football team.

I am sure BBTS will work something out for you.

That said despite the damage to the packages it goes to show you how well BBTS protects their shipments as none of the figures themselves were damaged.

Ugh. I see a UPS label on that box, and definitely whoever handled your package needed to take a little more pride in their work. The end of summer is a bit of a busy season for us at UPS, so most likely some employee frustrated at their work probably vented some of that on your box.

It could also be part of just the process. Sometimes, boxes get mangled on the conveyer belt system as the box moves through the unload, sorting, and loading process. Your box goes through miles of conveyer belts, and goes through all manners of chutes and slides and extending/retracting skates, sandwiched between hundreds of pounds of other boxes waiting to be loaded in trailers. Normally boxes are strong enough to take this, but every now and then something happens...like a 50 pound 6"x6" box comes shooting down the chute like a bullet and slams into a box. I've seen it happen a few times during peak season in December.

Looks like the driver was a short, round man and used your parcel as a booster seat for the day!!!
