Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but how much do you think I could get off of a couple old Pokemon cards? You know, the earlier cards when there were only 150 pokemon out there. I have a couple hundred I think, and I really want to get rid of them? Or is it even stupid to ask this?

I sold around 500 of them for like $20 about a month ago.

I took them to a place that deals exclusively in trading cards and asked them what they would do with them. The guy there said to just throw them on ebay as a big lot and let it run its course. They aren't worth selling individually or anything any more.

It depends on what you have. I sold a batch of energies, commons and uncommons, about 2000 cards, for $50, I got $75 for about 200 rares, holos, and promos, and for my original complete Base set I got $100. Sometimes you have to get lucky with Pokemon cards, hope you posted them right when demand was up and the right person came along. I sold those the week Platinum came out and got the prices I wanted, but now trying to sell my Pokemon toys and plushes, I can't get it done. I plan to try again the day Heart Gold and Soul Silver go on sale in the USA when there's a spike in demand for the more classic Pokemon.

Oh yeah, I have Yugioh cards too. Do you think The Winged Dragon of Ra would sell for a pretty good price?
