I might be jumping the gun here (is this the right expression??), but I think that's a bootleg. The box is similar to the ones bootleg alt. Grimlock and Wheeljack have. Here's the link to a review thread:

I think it looks genuine.

Its identical to the Binaltech Skids I picked up in Japan and for confirmation, I found another box image online which also looks the same: http://plasticcrack.net/archives/binaltech/

Ben Yee's review has some clear shots of BT Skids' box, and it looks identical to that one. I vote genuine.
