Who needs that shit? If I would like to play games featuring such controller, I would buy a Wii, not a PS3.

 

I've been sold on this since the tech-demo at last year's E3. This is what the Wii SHOULD have been since the beginning.

The mechanics were accurate and smooth-looking.

I seen parts of it yesterday on AOTS and watched some parts this morning and from what I see of it, I MIGHT wanna check it out IF their is some good games that use it. Yes, its kind of like the Wii controller all over again but with Sonys stamp on it but it didn't look that bad.

 

Super Duper Street Fighter 4 will be Playstation Move compatible. I will be beating down scrubs and getting a workout doing it.

The games shown weren't too impressive. Which is the killer here. The fighting game could potentially be cool, but it lacked the "oomph" needed. If they really wanted a wow factor, they should have had EA (yes EA) create a fight night demo that uses the Move.

 

Yeah, game lineup isn't looking good enough to sell me on one of these, when it's already on the Wii. Would love to try that bowling game though. I fucking love Wii bowling

 

High Velocity Bowling should really benefit from the Move controllers. It's already a pretty good bowling game with just the standard PS3 controllers. For me to invest in this it needs two things though. A badass boxing/fighting game and a really well crafted sports game, preferably a baseball or hockey title.

 

Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition is the killer app here, man.

 

If they can make good use of the mechanics, fine. Just don't be repetitive like the Wii and use the same controls for every game. They also need to come out with some better titles. For the ones shown, I wouldn't own one of them. They will hopefully get better down the road, though.

 

I didn't care for RE5.

Yeah Coop made that game something that others should emulate. Still not a fan of the control scheme, but it's getting there.

 

Do you not know me at all? When do you ever see me playing online? Any game that relies heavily on online play as its draw won't hold my interest.

 

Eh, not really sure about this. Would I have to get a PS3 Eye just so I can use the PS Move? Or does the...*ahem* questionably designed controller have its own little receiver of sorts?

Unfortunately, my closest friend who plays these type of games lives 24 miles away. The next closest is over 600 miles away. I'm a lone gamer through and through.

 

The pack thats "Less than $100" includes the Move and Camera, but yes you will need the Eye.

Looks better than I was expecting but the barrier for entry is pretty high. Some games work with two of the Balled move controllers, adding to the already high price. Thats not counting if you want to play these games multiplayer.
