so the idea I was batting around was Maximals and Predacons using Transtechs instead of Beast Modes... and purposely coloring those Transtechs like their later secondary forms.

having crashed onto a strange alien world with strange and system shorting amounts of unstable Energon, the Maximals and Predacons utilize old Transtech technology to give them vehicles that will protect them from the Energon Fields while they are outside the protection of their disabled vessels; but will allow them to Maximize into larger Transformers for short periods of time when the need arose.

Thus started, the Transtech Wars

For those that do not know... in the Transformers Armada/Energon comics, Armada Airazor, Rhinox, Terrosaur and Cheetor are kidnapped by Unicron and turned into his Four Horsemen.

With that, the Horsemen of Unicron are back as Titan Return Figures.

Forgot how just, neon in color that Armada Terrosaur is. I added some dark grey to try and balance it out, think I need to add more, or maybe use darker colors. Thoughts?

 

Looks good to me but I would like it better with more darker colors.

Also tried doing this round with a simpler style, and don’t think I like it as much. Thoughts?

Since Silverbolt didn’t get a secondary mode in Beast Wars... I decided to patterned his Transector after BM Jetstorm (since it was Bolt’s second body overall)

Thoughts? I am also considering repainting this and patterning it after Universe Bolt, with all that lovely purple. Sinc

Quickstrike
I choose to use the closest thing that BW Quickstrike had to a secondary form (since he didn’t actually have one) and used the color schemes from Beast Machine Quickstrike to do this one.

What do we think?

Also, I struggled a little thinking what mold to use for the Transector, eventually deciding to use TR Hardhead, the same I used for BW Scorponok, cause of the similarities in their Beast Modes.
