You have a direct line to PX right? Can you tell them to do something about the head. Also why not provide more accessories?

 

According to the MMC thread there will be 2 versions of Deathsaurus. One more idw based and one more G1 based.

 

D-Zef kind of seems like it’s own thing, while Ismenios is the more IDW of the two. D-Z’s legs specifically seem distinct, while Ismenios’ legs looks closer to the IDW, if also lacking some of the ribbing and rippling of the different leg elements so as to have a flatter profile on Isme’s ankles. Thus, neither Deathsaurus really go full on towards the IDW accurate chunky calved or bell bottomed Deathsaurus.

Moreover, we still haven’t seen the new beast mode on Zeffy, and especially whether there are different heads for both MMC variants’ beast modes.

But, as is, I think D-Zef looks like it might be a little nicer, but is also suffering from FT Grinder syndrome, with a side dose of Hulk hands. And, his head is a bit small for his body.

And, Isme’s head might be a bit too big, or at least the crests aren’t long enough. Yet, it might be fine when painting.

All that aside, PX’s Tigerbreast looks more like the tabby sitting in my lap than that xenomorph that slinked out of the MMC prototyping laboratory. Should that be a deciding factor for anyone? Probably not. Though, I am leaning towards PX for their dragon mode already, so it’s perhaps not that surprising that PX has the nicer chestimal, too. And, it’s also great to have options!  

 

I wish my "direct line" to them was more 'direct'. It's not like I have the Ear of the Emperor boon (though I sure wish I did  ). I guess it is because I bug them so much they either ignore me or finally give in and respond (hahaha)

I will mention it to them though.

Boldfaced. IKR? Those are some serious gorilla hands D-Zef has   As humorous as I found them to be, I don't like them. Too big. It's unnecessary. The head I like, but it does appear a tad small.

All in all I still like Isemnios' bot mode more. And that creature mode looks hella-choice.

No canon Transformers characters resemble Deathsaurus.

However, the toy was reused for the Brave franchise as Red Geist.

I stand corrected, why did I remember Trypi.....

 

Because Galvatron's brother, Megastorm, ended up being upgraded into a slightly remolded Trypticon after getting dunked in Unicron's lifeblood

 

Was contemplating this and mmc deathsaurus for a while.. and I decided that the proportions on this one is nicer. Nicer robot mode and dragon proportions. But damn, the face sculpt.. please fix it

Compared to what? It's not like IDW Deathy was Titan-sized
