I would assume they were made bigger and more complicated to make folks actually want to buy them. I know that if they had made their Starscream a Deluxe, I would've never considered buying him, nor would I want their Prime at Deluxe size.

That could be it. I definitely like how big they are. They feel really nice in hand.

I love him too. It kind of stinks that they didn't release Thundercracker and Skywarp at the same time as him. It's such a great mold.

I wouldn't be surprised if we hear about them soon.

At least I hope we do.

Yeah the new scale they are using has me conflicted. On one hand it's a real shame they let it go AFTER they did everything else, but on the other the quality of these speak for themselves, so I don't mind starting a new line up or premium game figures.

And hey, if nothing else the Dinobots still scale well with the old game toys, as well as Omega and Trypticon.

Now I just need to decide which I want first, Optimus, Starscream or hold out for Trypticon. :lol  So many good toys, only so much money!

For me i think Prime's scale works fine. Its Starscream IMO that its a tad bit oversized. Had he been the same size as Caeulus he wouldve been perfect.

I was holding out because I've been so happy with Striker Manus, but damn I love different takes on Prime. The bbts selling out of their first batch and everyone's pictures put me over the edge. My wallet isn't happy with you guys.

I also just noticed I will now have more Planet X figures than any other third party company. I really like what they have been doing.

I think I will feel the same about Prime when I get him in hand. I do agree about Starscream, maybe not as short as Caelus, but I think a head shorter would of been perfect. I have mine backing up Rioter Despotron and not with my Planet X dinobots.

Well, Voyager is the size I want this Optimus at, but not Starscream. I think a lot of people may keep their Takara FOC Seekers for scaling better with Planet X's Optimus. PX making their Starscream as tall as Optimus is almost as mystifying as Hasbro making their WFC Bumblebee as tall as Optimus.

Yep, along with space T-rex one of the standout keywords from the development of the game. :D

I would like Planet X to focus on these figures we have a ways to go to make a reasonable WFC collection let's not take our eyes off the ball Planet X. Excellent work and carry on but you know faster if possible.
