Here's a tragic, touching kinda story.

A girl diagnosed with a rare form of cancer was holding on for just one reason, to see Pixar's newest. However, she was far too sick to attend a theatrical showing. Knowing that the end was coming, her mother contacted Pixar and explained the situation to them. An employee flew out with the film on DVD to watch with them. 7 hours after viewing the film, she died with her mother and father nearby.

    Good on ya Pixar.

That is a really sad story... And such a wonderful thing that Pixar would do that as a final wish.

I've lost all faith in humanity! They should just nuke the whole planet and start again!

    Oh, wait, wrong thread.

Mad props to Pixar, those guys are classy.

THAT right there is why there are some good people left in the world. It's sad, but it was a really nice thing Pixar did for someone.

Pixar is the greatest company ever. What a tragic yet heartwarming story. Rest in peace Colby, and thumbs up Pixar for doing the right thing without hesitation and without wanting any credit.

That is so sad... and very nice of Pixar.

kay, can Pixar get any cooler, now? Not only are they making awesome movies, they're granting wishes. That was incredibly generous of them. Way to go!
