This guy started off life as a generic Galactic Heroes Clone Wars trooper. I realized his mouth vents kind of looked like the Sentinel mouth piece, so I started hacking away, added the little nose piece, crotch piece and the circle chest. I still have to touch up around the panel lines to finish it up. Thinking about making another one with the other Clone trooper I have, found the Galactic Heroes on sale for $2.00 once, should have got more.
