Chimungmung has listed images and a price for the new sunstorm KO buyer beware and all that

 

sunstorm isn't yellow he's tangerine orange.

This is just the yellow rainmaker not sunstorm.

All he's missing is the flamethrower he's supposed to be holding.

 

What's with the "buyer beware"? It's not like you can confuse him with a CHUG Sunstorm...

I wish he were orange though...

 

Newbies could confuse him with an official product seen as though they are planning on making some kind of mock-official packaging i believe


I also wich he was more orange but apparentley the maker of the henkei seeker KO's wanted to make rainmakers  

 

This is presumably from the same folks who did the recent TC, SW, and Ghost SS then?

I want Sunstorm, but I want him orange... I'm also waiting for the solid Rainmakers that KO Toys is doing.

 

If it's anything like the KO TC I ended up with (or 'Mr. Floppy', as I've come to call the barely-cohesive collection of thrown-together plastic), then this guy's not so much a pass, more like 'on your bike, sunshine'. :/

 

Yeah it was in a thread on kotoys its by the same manufacturer apparently kotoys is putting a hold on there seekers as they managed to convince the other company to do it (probs cos of the quality)

The problem is Mike suggested sunstorm to the manufacturer but they wanted to do raimakers so although its named sunstorm its based on the MTMTE rainmaker who kows wether we will actually see and orange chested sunstorm now  

 

Really, they want to sell Rainmakers over Sunstorm?   Sunstorm would sell more. It is not like we have heard one is coming from HasTak and we are waiting for its release. I thought they would produce whatever made them the most money.. hmm...

 

Too much yellow may be would have been better if there were parts painted orange  

 

Wait, I'm a bit confused. So is this a different release than the yellow Seeker KOToys posted pics of earlier this week? Their site is down and I can't go to compare pics.

 

What happened to his missiles/launchers?   Goddamn that looks cheaply made. The paintjob looks so shoddy & honestly - Why would you release a yellow Rainmaker seeker before you release a Sunstorm?   (even if it is a KO) With HasTak's fondness of repaints, I'll think I'll wait for the official one.

 

This yellow seeker is the same picture that KOToys posted on there forums..

 

He's no Sunstorm, but I might just get him as I'd be insane enough to try and army build generic seekers. I do want a proper Sunstorm, though. But you know what I really, really want? Air Warrior. Somebody make me a Classics Air Warrior. He's never had a proper Transforming toy. And he's the most generic Seeker of them all, so you can have tons of them. If they made Air Warrior, I'd buy like three.

I think I'm just going to mention Air Warrior in every thread where somebody wants a classics Thundercracker or Sunstorm just so I can get the idea out   Sunstorm, Acid Storm and the Rainmakers all get some love. No love for Air Warrior.  

 

They need to do a Decepticon Jet Trooper they were in more than one show after all.

if i can get it on a site that is not KOTOYS, for a reasonable price, and is of good quality, i'll pick it up, could use more seekers
