IDW Publishing's Guido Guidi is showing off some sketches of some upcoming Transformers characters over on his Deviant Art page. Blurr Blurr colored This shows blurrs vehicle "Hover" car. Here is the awesome reflector for an upcoming spotlight! Reflector Reflector will be featured in "a certain upcoming IDW comic," Mr. Guidi teases. Wonder which that could be? Sorry for the spelling mistakes! Edit: Also there is some drift head pics. Which were not used. Drift heads UPDATE!: I forgot to put some other images Drift Drift2 Sideswipe: http://guidoarts.deviantart.com/art/Sideswipe-design-adaptation-93528694
Both look pretty cool. Would be interesting to someday see toys based off of these designs. Specifically Reflector, as he/they need an updated toy, and would be nice additions to my collection.
Well Reflector was already in a Spotlight and after reading that Spotlight, I dont know if there's much chance he'll be in a future spotlight. I wonder if that pic is old news, so-to-speak.
Yes, they did. Hopefully they resolve that clusterfuck by placing Spotlight: Wheelie in the future, or at least the part where Reflector shows up. DN
Or they could put Spotlight: Blurr in the past. As it's supposed to take place on a Pre-Thunderwing Cybertron.
Isn't Reflector due to appear in "All Hail Megatron"? I was wondering how that would be explained if his did considering the events of the Wheelie spotlight. Speaking of which, Spotlight Wheelie takes place at the start of or before "Escalation" (His distress signal can be seen on one of Prime's screens).
And according to the story, a long period of time elapsed between the distress signal's receipt by Prime and Reflector's arrival. To me it felt like a decade, at least.
Lookin' slick, Reflector! Shame the designs can't be more toy accurate so all three robots are unique in some way, simply giving Spyglass his toy's shades would accomplish that.
I like Drift. This may sound cliché but I hope they give him a katana or some type of energy blade for a weapon.
Reflector looks awesome. I've always loved Guido's style, so I guess that's no surprise. God I wish we would get a semi toon accurate version of this character one day.
I love the way all of these characters look. I would love to see them all in toy form some day especially Drift!!!
