Got some help with the Y-Wing comparison.

If someone has it, can someone take pictures of the Star Wars Crossovers V-Wing pilot figure next to a Classics Seeker. A repaint/retool of the Seeker mold is fine to, just need a size comparison of the V-Wing mold next to a Classics Seeker. Both in bot and alt-mode if possible. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

might need to wait a few weeks as I think the Y-Wing figure is just hitting the market.

Good point. I remember reading that it had been released, but can't remember how long ago that was.

I'm hoping to be able to get it the next time I go to Target. I want to modify/swap the head, and I'm not sure if any of the extra heads I currently have will be large enough to do so. The crossovers figures always seem to be somewhere between the size of a typical Deluxe class figure and a typical Voyager class figure. I'm also considering altering the alt-mode, and I'm curious as to about how long & wide the Y-Wing-mode is.

Slightly off-topic, every time I look at the picture of the Y-Wing, I can't stop thinking that it isn't the Y-Wing, even though I know it is. I always think of the Y-Wing design from Episodes 4-6, lol.

I'm also interested in the V-Wing mold, so decided to add that to the first post. It's been out longer, so it's more likely that someone posting here has it.

I'm patient, I'm patient, I just figured I should add the V-Wing to the first post while I had it on my mind (I had just finished watching a review of the figure). If I was impatient I'd be finding silly excuses to post in the thread several times a day.

    Nice sig, btw

Was able to get a comparison of the Y-Wing. Still interested in getting a comparison of the V-Wing if anybody has it. I'm not a fan of the V-Wing's arms, but I really like the jet-mode and most of the rest of the bot-mode.

Stop bumping the thread. Clearly no pics are coming anytime soon.

Made the first post shorter and a bit easier to read (got a bit long and confusing with the mutliple edits).

I don't know that you'll have much luck. Many of us bought one or two in the beginning, decided they sucked and never bought another. You may have more luck looking for reviews of the Y-Wing online and hoping that they include photos next to the Transformers you want.

True, many did stop after the first wave or so, but there are still plenty of collectors that still buy them. Plus, the V-Wing has been out long enough that there's, theoretically, bound to be someone on the boards that has it.

Already got help with the Y-Wing comparison :thumb
