After a brief search on the interweb I was unable to find a picture of ALL the autobot micormaster bases combined with all the japanese zone exclusive bases like Dai Atlas, Star Convoy, Sky Garry, Grandus (Galaxy Shuttle?) and anything else I might not be aware of to make the largest possible combined micromaster base. Does anyone know of some pictures that show this? If not, I know that setting something like that up would be a huge pain in the buns, but I feel like it would be a great thing to see and something that would be viewed by many.

I guess, if we can't see a picture, maybe we can make a list of what would be in the ultimate Autobot Micromaster base. I will start it off as best I can please add to it if I leave something out.
    1. Countdown'
    2. Star Convoy
    3. Grandus
    4. Sky Garry
    5. Dai Atlas
    6. Galaxy Shuttle?
    7. Battlefield Headquarters
    8. Groundshaker
    9. Missle Launcher Transport
    10. Tanker Transport
    11. Hot House
    12. Iron Works
    13. Erector?
    14. Overload?
    15. Sonic Bomber
    16. Road Fire/ Drill Buster?

If it has a question mark I am not sure if it can combine with the other stuff or not.

Erector and Overload don't combine with anything - they're just Micromasters with transformable trailers.

I've connected Countdown to the bases before and I found that Lego Town/City plates actually worked pretty well as a platform for them, but since the ramps are so short it looks less like a city and more like a jumble of boxes.

Dunno how it would look connected to the Zone stuff - I don't have any of those myself - but I'd love to see it if a collector out there has them. Micromasters were a favorite of mine when they were out.

    [edit]

I did find this when looking up some of the Zone figures:

But it's hard to make out the details.

^thanks! that's definitely the kind of stuff I would like to see. Looks to be a little shy of the ultimate set though. I don't see Star Convoy or Grandus and a few others that are on the list. Who's the white Skystalker? didn't that thing come with Metrotitan or something? Wouldn't that make it a decepticon?

Which one? There's a shuttle I can see in the back but I think that's the Galaxy Shuttle guy.

If you're talking about the white Helicopter, I was confused about that at first, too. I had to look it up but it turns out that almost all of the Japanese micromaster toys were Autobots:

Transformers: Zone (toyline) - Transformers Wiki

Talk about being outnumbered. I know there's usually way more Autobot toys than Decepticons, but that's got to take the cake.

Incidentally, you now have me looking up Star Convoy reissues on ebay. :)

Th0r4z1n3 - I forgot about that thread! Thanks for the link!

Thanks man. That's a great thread that I never bothered to check out before. I always thought it was some weird thread about a crappy sega game lol. Best 1/2 hr I spent on this site in a while. Alas, the search continues... no ultimate base in that thread, although some very cool other stuff.

Appreciate the help. I knew there was a white skyhopper but thought that the white version was also a decepticon. My reissue star convoy is on the wat :)  Good luck.

I consider myself a G1er, and if you include the KOs and reissues I have, I don't even have all that!!!

If you count all the duplicate sets I do have, I can build something similar :p

If I had all that and the space, I wouldn't play as much with my video games. The new toylines clearly forgot about the awesomeness that playsets can be.

Of course I'll admit The Ark and Optimus Maximus is start...not a good start, but a start nonetheless.

Many thanks mcluskyism! This is exactly what I was hoping to see! The pictures in the all your base thread lend a lot of depth to the set up. I only have one question, who is the 747/b.a. plane guy?

Just to clarify, that's not my MM base build and photos. One of the guys who did it did used to have a youtube video, under the username Stardub. The videos have since been taken down, but he has a podcast which can be found here:
