Looks like they got rid of the hip kibble part like the original design.

Let the IGear bashers commence!! LOL

That's not a conehead! That means either:

    1) They wanted to replicate the original mould before they started on the cone-head mods
    2) They want to bring us "improved" versions of the original seekers (no hip kibble)
    3) They fancy doing, say, Sun Storm.

Interesting news nonetheless. The QC on these babies will need to be faultless though - even the official releases sometimes have trouble standing.

Looks to be the exact same size as the MP seekers.

If they do redo the three original seekers, I will probably buy them also cause i hate the hip kibble.

No it's not. I have PP-01 and all the MP seekers and that's exactly how they look next to each other.

Huh? I said it was their PP01B that is a scaled down Masterpiece Nemesis. Their PP03 seekers are the same scale as the masterpiece ones from Has/Tak

They gave it an arm communicator too. interesting.

I can only imagine how this already fragile mold will hold up being reproduced like this. I doubt it will go well.

My thoughts exactly. People said that Faith Leader was flimsy, and he was based on the sturdiest MP mold. Now, I don't have a problem with the original seeker mold, but I wouldn't exactly call it "sturdy."

I've actually considered getting the faith leader. any problems it has have got to be better than the weight issues that the MP Prime mold has. I'm afraid to leave it in robot mode because it's ankles can't support it's weight. it's always tipping forwards or backwards.

Hm, I've never had that problem with my MP-04, and I've had him displayed in a variety of poses. Which version do you own?

First run hasbro version. So there's no possible mold degradation.

Mine also leans forward slightly, but it has never fallen over. It can support most poses surprisingly well.

my hasbro mp prime was super flimsy. I'm sure the igear one will be better without that random diecast making em do the smooth criminal lean.
