Well I got the second set of shelves built. It is no where near enough. To get just my transformers collection out, I am going to have to build shelves on the last wall. I still have a ton of loose TFs and MISB/Carded stuff in boxes. I am going to have to build shelves in the closet for the rest of it too. I still have my whole loose Spawn, DBZ, Gao Gai Gar, Getter Robo, Gundams, Resin kits, DC and Marvel figures, diecast cars. I have misb figures and stuff that seems like it is going to live in my attic forever. Right now I am regretting not getting the bonus room built over the garage, it woulda been perfect. So should I do the same type of shelves or change it up somehow. Here is what I have out so far, and the last two walls I have left.

I have no idea what the count is, nor do I wish to count them. lol. I still have huge boxes filled with stuff, I just dont know where to put it. I like the e-hobbies up with the G1 stuff loose, but there isn't room, so half of it is on the floor with my headmasters, pretenders, bla bla bla. My original Galvatron lies on the floor while the new one stands with his crew. I can't have that. So I am puttin 8 foot long shelves on the opposite wall for the loose stuff. I figure 5 of those shelves will hold all my loose TFs, and the closet will hold the Gundams, resin kits, and everything else. Where do i put the carded stuff is my question that I can't solve. My only option might be to buy those hanger walls from Home Depot and hang them like you get em at the store. Which might be cool, I only have a few carded G1 figs without the card punched through. So it would work, I think.

Things are coming together really great. To answer you question, yes stay with the same type of shelves. A uniform look is always nice.

You, my friend, have a super nice G1 collection. Love the MIB action with your G1 cars. Hopefully this summer I will be compiling my G1 MIB collection too.

Too true. I remember when I was packing all of my stuff up to put in some already being used storage bins, I saw a complete Menasor. Totally forgot I had him!
